You can request the permanent deletion of your HITGo account and the personal information associated with it.
Delete through the app
Follow these steps
The recommended way to delete your account is through the HITGo app while signed in.

Open your account settings
Go to your profile or account area and open the privacy settings.

Select delete account
Choose the delete account option and review the information shown.

Confirm your request
Complete the required verification and confirm that you want the account permanently deleted.
Before you continue
Understand what deletion means
Account deletion is permanent. Once completed, you will no longer be able to access the deleted account or its available ride information.
Information that may be deleted
- Your HITGo profile and account details
- Saved account preferences
- Personal information connected to the account
- Ride history that is not required to be retained
- Access to the rider or driver account
Information that may be retained
- Records required by law or regulation
- Payment and financial records where applicable
- Information required for fraud prevention
- Records connected to safety investigations
- Information required to resolve disputes or legal claims
Any retained information will only be kept for the period and purpose required by applicable legal, financial, safety, fraud-prevention or dispute-resolution obligations.
Cannot access the app?
Request deletion by email
Contact HITGo support when you cannot sign in or use the in-app deletion option.
Email your deletion request
Send your request from the email address connected to your HITGo account where possible.
Email info@hitgo.appInclude the following information
- Your full name
- The phone number or email connected to the account
- Whether it is a rider or driver account
- A clear request to permanently delete the account
HITGo may request additional information to verify that you own the account before completing the deletion request.
