By accessing or using HITGo, you confirm that you have read, understood and agreed to these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy.

These terms apply to riders, drivers and any other person who accesses or uses HITGo.

You must be legally capable of entering into a binding agreement to create and use a HITGo account.

You must provide accurate information and comply with any additional eligibility, licensing, identification or verification requirements that apply to your use of the platform.

Drivers must hold all licences, permits, insurance and vehicle documentation required by applicable law and by HITGo.

Certain HITGo services require an account. You are responsible for providing accurate and current account information and keeping your sign-in details secure.

You are responsible for activity performed through your account unless you promptly notify HITGo that the account has been accessed without your permission.

You may not create an account using another person's information, impersonate another person or transfer your account without permission.

HITGo provides technology that helps riders request transportation and connect with available drivers in supported service areas.

Unless otherwise expressly stated, HITGo does not guarantee that a driver will be available, that a ride request will be accepted or that a trip will be completed within a particular period.

Features, service areas and available ride options may change as the platform develops.

Riders are responsible for reviewing the pickup location, destination, ride option and any displayed pricing information before confirming a request.

A ride request is not guaranteed until it has been accepted by an available driver. A driver may decline or cancel a request where permitted by the platform and applicable policies.

Riders should be ready at the confirmed pickup location and provide accurate information needed to complete the trip.

When using HITGo as a rider, you agree to:

• Provide accurate pickup and destination information.
• Treat drivers, passengers and property respectfully.
• Follow lawful and reasonable safety instructions.
• Avoid damaging or excessively soiling a driver's vehicle.
• Pay any valid fare or charge associated with the trip.
• Comply with passenger and vehicle capacity limits.

Riders may be responsible for reasonable cleaning, repair or other charges resulting from their conduct where permitted by law.

Drivers use the HITGo platform to receive and manage ride requests. Unless otherwise required by applicable law or a separate written agreement, drivers are responsible for deciding when they are available to provide transportation.

Drivers are responsible for maintaining a safe, roadworthy and legally compliant vehicle, holding the required documentation and providing transportation in accordance with applicable law.

Nothing in these terms removes any rights or obligations that apply under local employment, transportation or independent-contractor law.

Available fare or pricing information will be shown through the app or otherwise communicated before or during the ride process where applicable.

Pricing may depend on factors including the selected ride option, route, distance, duration, service area or other disclosed charges.

You are responsible for reviewing payment information before confirming a ride and ensuring that your selected payment method is valid.

Do not send passwords, full card details or other sensitive financial information through ordinary email or support messages.

Riders and drivers may cancel ride requests through the available app controls. A cancellation charge may apply where it has been clearly disclosed and is permitted by law.

Refund requests are reviewed based on the circumstances of the ride, the available trip information, the selected payment method and applicable law.

HITGo does not guarantee a refund merely because a request has been submitted.

You must not use HITGo to:

• Break any applicable law or regulation.
• Threaten, harass, abuse or discriminate against another person.
• Provide false, misleading or fraudulent information.
• Interfere with the platform or attempt unauthorised access.
• Copy, scrape, reverse engineer or misuse the service except where legally permitted.
• Transport illegal, dangerous or prohibited goods through a ride.
• Use the platform in a way that creates a safety risk.

Riders and drivers must act respectfully, follow applicable road and safety laws and avoid behaviour that could place another person at risk.

Drivers must not operate a vehicle while impaired, dangerously fatigued or otherwise unable to drive safely. Riders must not interfere with the safe operation of a vehicle.

In an emergency, contact the appropriate emergency services first. HITGo support is not a replacement for emergency assistance.

HITGo may only be available in selected islands, communities or service areas within St. Vincent and the Grenadines.

Availability depends on factors including driver availability, internet and location services, road access, weather, demand and operational conditions.

HITGo may add, remove, suspend or modify a service area or platform feature without guaranteeing uninterrupted access.

HITGo and its associated branding, software, content, designs and platform features are owned by HITGo or its licensors and are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws.

You receive a limited, personal, non-exclusive and revocable right to use the platform for its intended purpose. This does not transfer ownership of any HITGo intellectual property.

HITGo may rely on third-party services such as mapping, location, authentication, notifications, payment processing or application stores.

Those services may be governed by separate terms and privacy policies. HITGo is not responsible for third-party services beyond the extent required by applicable law.

HITGo is provided on an "as available" basis. To the extent permitted by law, HITGo does not guarantee uninterrupted access, error-free operation, continuous driver availability or acceptance of every ride request.

Estimates relating to pickup times, trip duration, routes or pricing may change due to traffic, weather, road conditions, location accuracy or other circumstances.

Nothing in these terms excludes warranties or consumer rights that cannot legally be excluded.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, HITGo will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential loss arising from your use of, or inability to use, the platform.

Any limitation of liability will apply only to the extent permitted by law. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded or limited.

To the extent permitted by law, you agree to be responsible for claims, losses or reasonable costs resulting from your unlawful use of HITGo, your breach of these terms or your violation of another person's rights.

HITGo may restrict, suspend or terminate an account where reasonably necessary to address suspected fraud, unlawful conduct, safety risks, repeated policy violations or misuse of the platform.

You may stop using HITGo at any time and may request account deletion through the available account-deletion process.

Some provisions of these terms may continue after account termination where necessary to resolve payments, disputes, legal obligations or other outstanding matters.

HITGo may update these terms as the platform, applicable laws or operational requirements change.

The revised terms will be published with an updated effective date. Where required, additional notice will be provided through the app, website or another appropriate communication method.

Continuing to use HITGo after revised terms take effect means you accept those revised terms.

These terms are governed by the laws of St. Vincent and the Grenadines, without limiting any mandatory rights available under applicable law.

Disputes relating to these terms or the use of HITGo will be handled by the courts or other competent authorities of St. Vincent and the Grenadines, unless applicable law requires otherwise.
